    How can I return an item ordered on the www.gamme-blanche.com website?
    In accordance with articles 121-21 and following of the consumer code, you have the possibility of returning any product ordered on the site www.gamme-blanche.com within 14 days following the date of delivery, in its condition and original packaging, accompanied by its invoice, at your expense. It is possible to exchange, to benefit from a credit, or a refund.

    The products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty, etc.) accompanied by the invoice stating the customer's contact details as well as their desire to receive a refund, exchange or credit note.

    With regard to personalized orders: Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code provides that “the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. »
    If a tag is attached to an earring, it must not be removed otherwise the refund cannot be made.

    CARE PRODUCTS AND COMPOSITION

    What is the composition of Gamme Blanche jewelry?
    All our jewels are made of 925 brass or silver (92.5% pure), and are covered with a layer of precious metal (1 to 3 microns) such as gold (14 or 18 carats), rose gold, or rhodium (equivalent to platinum).
    Our jewels are treated to limit the risk of allergy and do not contain nickel.
    How do I care for my Gamme Blanche jewelry?
    Jewelery worn daily with care rarely requires exceptional care, especially if it is cleaned periodically with delicacy and stored properly.
    In order to preserve the shine of your jewelry, it is necessary to avoid contact with water and humidity, as well as with perfume. Perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, chemicals, lemon and other acids as well as salt water and especially chlorine are the enemies of jewelry. It is therefore advisable to wear make-up and perfume before putting on your jewellery.
    We recommend cleaning your jewelry with toothpaste. You can use a soft brush and lukewarm soapy water to remove accumulated deposits (salt water, chlorine, suntan oils). Then rinse them with fresh water and wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
     
    What should I do to prevent my jewelry from turning black?
    Your jewelry will acquire a patina over time, this is completely normal. To avoid any oxidation, wipe your jewelery after wearing it and simply store it in its case or in your jewelery box.

    What guarantees?
    The Gamme Blanche warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects detected and noted by our departments within 3 months from the duly proven date of purchase.

    All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
    On the other hand, the guarantee totally excludes damage caused by improper use, incidents, accidental events, natural alterations or due to wear and tear and changes deriving from normal use of the jewel.

    Can I have my jewelry re-gilded at Gamme Blanche?
    Unfortunately we do not provide this service. On the other hand, you can have them gilded at your own expense, at a goldsmith.

    Where are Gamme Blanche jewelry made?
    The Gamme Blanche collections are made with passion in our carefully selected workshops in Jaipur, the Indian capital of jewelry, for their know-how recognized worldwide but also for their ethics; no children work there, and each craftsman receives a decent salary and one day off per week.
    We also try to minimize our impact on the environment (we optimize our logistics to minimize our carbon footprint, we prefer natural or recyclable packaging to plastic...).
    The choice of high quality materials, experienced craftsmen and the extreme care taken in all phases of the manufacture of our jewelry are a priority... The hand of man intervenes at each stage. That's why we try to minimize its impact on the environment.

    Each piece of jewelery bears the Gamme blanche label: the proportions, the association of colours, the composition, the balance (notably in the creation of earrings) call for specific expertise and technicality. The same care is taken at all stages of production; the smallest ring is chosen, each pearl is selected with regard to its size and its reflections.

    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
